Nestled in the downtown Mason Avenue area, you can’t get closer to the shops, restaurants, bakeries and galleries that the Seaside Sisters. With its hip vibe, Seaside sisters is a favorite for those who want close access to the beach, Mason Avenue, and the Town Harbor. This brick duplex residence offers all the comforts of home with its stylish trendy décor. The Seaside Sisters are named in honor of our two daughters, Chloe and Caroline. The home has great Wi-Fi that covers the entire property.

On Chloe’s side, the front porch welcomes you with seating that includes a swing, loveseat and extra chair to lounge on the porch or enjoy coffee or a glass of wine there. Enter into the foyer where you immediately gain access to a coastal-inspired living room with a large sofa and 2 chairs, and a faux fireplace with a television with an Amazon Firestick ready for your viewing pleasure. The large dining room features seating for 8 and has a stylish design with a faux fireplace and easy entry to the extensively stocked kitchen with all the necessities for those who chose to cook including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, a standing mixer, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker which provides everything you will need for preparing meals. The large pantry offers plenty of space for storing your own personal items. A drop leaf table provides intimate seating for a quick bite. The first level is completed by access to a full-size washer and dryer, which guests are welcome to utilize, and a half bath on the main level.

The upstairs features three generously sized bedrooms and a full bath with a claw foot tub and shower. The master overlooks the front of the house and is an expansive room with a queen bed, dresser, seating area, large closet, and a decorative old school desk that brings charm to the space. The coastal décor makes you want to loath on the beach. A television complete with built in Roku compliments the room.
