A mere 7 houses to the beach, this historical four-square beauty embraces historical beauty with modern convenience. The large inviting home features a welcoming front porch with chairs, a comfy daybed for afternoon naps, and a wooden swing perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Original woodwork, doors, staircase, pocket doors, and working transoms highlight the 10-foot ceilings in this roomy 4-bedroom, 2 full baths home that sleeps 13. In addition, we have a daybed on the porch for a 14th person to sleep outdoors! Heavenly indeed! A beach wagon is stocked with toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs to compliment your stay. A bike cart for extra chairs is also provided.
The main level has an expansive welcoming foyer that opens into the living room with a comfortable sitting area and TV with cable access and whole house Wi-Fi. A generous dining room has plenty of seating for large groups and a small seating area to sneak away for private conversations or a glass of wine after dinner. The kitchen is large and inviting and features additional dining space for 6 more guests. Madison House has a renovated kitchen with Corian counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances.
There is an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and is fully stocked with all small kitchen appliances (regular and Keurig single cup coffee maker), a standing mixer, cookware, crock pot, waffle iron, wok, toaster, blender, and dishes for those who want to cook. A small back porch features an intimate table for 2-3 guests for a game of cards or a quiet space for some down time. A large laundry area features a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and utility sink.

The upstairs has a large open hallway that leads into four roomy bedrooms. The master features a calming blue beach theme with a comfortable king size bed with plenty of room for a pack and play or portable crib.
The second bedroom features a full bed and dresser with a view of the tree lined street. The third bedroom is spacious with both a queen and a full-size bed decorated in a coastal theme.
The fourth bedroom, "Ice Cream Dreams" is a kid’s oasis with twin bunk beds, an additional twin, and a television with cable television allowing kids to retreat to their own space surrounded in the delicious ice cream décor.
The entire back of the home is a large game room with a full-size futon, game table, seating area, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and mini-refrigerator perfect for kids snacks or morning coffee. Plenty of games for rainy day afternoons or restful cozy evenings are provided.
The backyard features a built-in charcoal barbecue grill located in this amazing backyard oasis. The stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs provides a wonderful backyard space perfect for smores under the starts or lightning bug catching. There are also additional chairs on back porch for enjoying the backyard.
